PRIVACY We will not share, sell, rent any of your information to anyone. We treasure it because it is necessary for us to serve you and because it is your personal information. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS If you have a problem with our product and wish to return it, please contact us and let us know what the problem is. We will check out the problem and if necessary authorise a return and give you instructions for returning the products to us. Do not return any goods without prior authorisation from us. CANCELLATIONS If you have a multi-week order with us and decide that you want to cancel that order just send us an e-mail and we will cancel the order as fast as we can. Apart form weekends and holidays we can do that within a couple of days. If we normally ship to you on a Thursday and you cancel on a Wednesday we might not stop that shipment in time – we will try, but no promises. NO SHOWS! It might take about a week or even ten days for your first order to show up at your home but we will do everything we can to make that as fast as possible. Then those boxes of juice should come to your home at seven-day intervals. Sometimes a day or two early and sometimes a day or two late. The Post Office! If your order doesn't arrive at all, please send us an email and we will assume that the Post Office lost the package and send out a new one. However, if this experience is repeated we will just have to assume that for some reason the Post Office has a blind spot where you are concerned and we wil l not ship to you again except by registered post which will incur an additional charge for you.
